Today marks an exciting milestone for the leaders of all institutions affiliated with Fountain Gate Academy. The Special Managers Meeting, chaired by President Mr. Japhet Makau, serves as a vital platform for collaboration, reflection, and future planning.
The meeting also welcomed Ms. Dorothe’e Courteuge, the newly appointed CEO for Schools at Fountain Gate Academy Tanzania. Congratulations to Ms. Courteuge on stepping into this impactful role! Her leadership is expected to propel the Academy toward greater achievements.

Evaluating Our Achievements
During the meeting, the team reviewed the institution’s accomplishments from the past six months. Managers explained their accomplishments and achievements, their challenges. Furthermore, Different presentations from Head of departments were heard including Finance reports. These achievements highlight the collective effort of both staff and students, showcasing that each contribution helps shape a thriving educational community.

For instance, leaders discussed implementing plans that will enable Fountain Gate schools get about 10,000 computers from abroad. Plans to renovate all our schools using creative schemes. They also explored partnerships with local businesses to provide real-world learning experiences, emphasizing the importance of practical skills in the curriculum.
