Fountain Gate Schools and Fountain Gate Sports Academy have entered into a significant partnership agreement with Jeshi la Kulinda Uchumi (JKU), a football team based in Zanzibar. This collaboration focuses on sports development and nurturing young talent from both Zanzibar and mainland Tanzania.

Key highlights of the agreement include:

1. Fountain Gate Schools as the official sponsor of JKU teams.

2. Support in establishing a women’s football team for JKU that will participate in the Premier League, leveraging Fountain Gate’s extensive experience in women's football in Tanzania.

3. Creating opportunities for young players from Zanzibar* to play football on both the mainland and the islands, helping them develop their talent and access international opportunities.

This agreement marks a major step forward in enhancing sports development in Zanzibar and ensuring that young talents receive the proper platforms to grow and succeed.

Additionally, Mr. Japhet Makau, the Director of Fountain Gate, has been granted the opportunity to establish a school in the Zanzibar islands.
