Today, the compassionate hearts of our Roots and Shoots Club students from Fountain Gate School shone brightly as they paid a special visit to the Rahman Center in Chang'ombe, Dodoma. This meaningful outreach was more than just a school activity—it was a heartfelt mission to spread hope, joy, and encouragement to the children living at the center.
The atmosphere at Rahman Center was filled with smiles, laughter, and warm conversations as our students engaged with the children through various fun and interactive activities. Whether it was playing games, sharing stories, or simply offering a listening ear, each moment was a step toward building genuine connections. The students also brought along thoughtful gifts and essential supplies, demonstrating the power of compassion in action.
This visit is part of our broader commitment at Fountain Gate School to nurture responsible, socially aware citizens. Through the Roots and Shoots Club, students are encouraged to explore environmental and humanitarian issues while actively participating in community service.
Such experiences not only benefit those we serve but also leave a lasting impact on the students themselves, shaping their character and values.
We are incredibly proud of our Roots and Shoots members for their dedication and empathy.
Their visit to the Rahman Center is a beautiful reminder that even small acts of kindness can create lasting change. As a school, we look forward to supporting more initiatives like this—where young people step forward to make the world a better place, one smile at a time.
