At Fountain Gate Academy, this was clearly demonstrated during the recent EXCOM Meeting held at Midland Hotel, Dodoma, on 9–10 January. The President of Fountain Gate Academy gathered with Heads of Department to launch the new year, discuss projections for 2026, and set clear strategic directions aimed at achieving academic excellence and institutional success.

Setting the Stage for 2026

The meeting brought together key leaders from various departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Foundation Management, Media and Marketing, ICT, Supplies, Facilities, Transport, and the leadership of Fountain Gate Schools and the Sports Academy. This diverse group ensured that all aspects of the academy’s operations were considered in the planning process.

The President opened the meeting by emphasizing the importance of aligning every department’s goals with the academy’s mission to provide high-quality education. The focus was on creating a roadmap that balances academic rigor with operational efficiency, ensuring that students receive the best possible learning experience.

Several key strategic directions emerged from the discussions:

The Facility and Transport managers will ensure that the physical environment and logistics support smooth daily operations.
